I was born and raised In Thessaloniki. After graduating from Anatolia American College (High school), I attended the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
After obtaining my MD, I trained in Gastroenterology in the U.K. reaching the grade of Consultant Gastroenterologist.
I am a specialist in Gastroenterology since 2000. Having organised the Endoscopy Lab at Euromedica Geniki Kliniki Thessalonikis, I have been heading the GI Department since 2008.
My main interests are therapeutic endoscopy, GI oncology and inflammatory bowel disease - IBD.
